The Phoenix Project

Our Mission:

To make high-quality trauma-informed healing resources readily available to anyone affected by sexual assault and violence, so that they may RISE and (re)claim their power.

Our Vision

A world where survivors have unlimited access to high quality healing no matter where they are in their journey.

In our research we have identified six key stages a survivor faces along their healing journey.

Our vision is to meet survivors where they are on their healing path through community and curated trauma informed healing content, resources, and tools. We believe healing is a beautiful thing, let’s rise together!

Our Why

Trauma lives in the body long after the initial incident or moment(s) of crisis and sexual assault trauma can be repressed for years only to showcase itself when triggered. Without consistent and specific trauma-informed healing resources, a survivor can suffer their entire life leading to a fragmented life. We want to find solutions for long-term sustainable healing.
